    3. $8000/mth wages savings due to scheduling policy changes that resulted in a 33% reduction in overtime
  5. We have also increased our profits by over $1000/mth through 2% price increases on selected products.

In conclusion, I am sure I have already gained a good financial return on my investment in coaching and that this will only get better as the $13,600 per month savings accumulate over time. I expect to increase my net profits by over $100,000 PA in the 12 months since coaching commenced.
