I have just completed 12 months of ProfiTune business coaching with Mark from Better Business Outcomes.

When looking back over the 12 month period and revisiting the things that were achieved it is quite amazing. In a challenging market we have grown our turnover by 11% and increased our net operating profit by 55%! We achieved the net profit increase identified in the Business Analysis Report within the first year of coaching. We also positioned the business for expansion through making some key role and staff changes that we had been unable to make previously.

My wife and I have owned Hagan Machinery for the past 20 years. We bought a family business that was focused in a different direction than where we are today. When you are in business you do have certain ways of doing things and it can be difficult to change these on your own.

We had looked a year ago I asked a friend who is in the recruitment industry if he knew of any good Business Coaches. He did know of one - Mark from BBO.
